In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions is essential for correct interpretation of the obligations and rights described throughout this document.

By accessing kv888, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform in any manner whatsoever, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or game types.

Continued Use

Language

• You are not suffering from any condition — including but not limited to problem gambling, addiction, or mental incapacity — that renders participation in gambling activities inadvisable for you at this time.
• All personal details you provide during registration are accurate, complete, and genuinely your own.

Age Verification

kv888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or in response to any activity that raises a reasonable concern about account holder age. Acceptable proof of age documents include a national identity card, passport, or government-issued driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by kv888 will result in account suspension.

Underage Gambling

If kv888 determines or reasonably suspects that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds may be withheld pending investigation and returned to the payment source used for the original deposit. kv888 will not pay out any winnings generated by an underage player under any circumstances.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one kv888 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• A valid email address that you own and control
• Your date of birth

• A valid Bangladesh mobile number
• A secure account password of your own choosing

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. kv888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in account security settings. You must not share your password with any third party under any circumstances. kv888 will never ask for your password via email, Live Chat, or any other communication channel.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kv888 immediately by contacting support. kv888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable password security.

Account Name Accuracy

The name registered on your kv888 account must match the name on your payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank account, or card). Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts held in a different name from the kv888 account name. kv888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of the relationship between account names where a discrepancy exists.

All financial transactions on kv888 — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and wagering activity — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kv888 does not apply currency conversion charges within the platform.

Deposit Terms

• kv888 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your payment provider.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not yet submitted and passed KYC will be prompted to do so upon requesting their first withdrawal.
• kv888 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, including requests for source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed rapidly during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days.
• kv888 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts with an outstanding unmet wagering requirement on active bonus funds.

All promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any additional conditions stated in the specific offer communication.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable.
• Each promotion will specify a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, where stated) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times).
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at expiry will be removed from the account.

Behaviours that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk or mathematically balanced betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; colluding with other players to satisfy wagering requirements; or any other strategy that kv888's risk team determines to be exploitative of promotional terms rather than genuine recreational play.

Where bonus abuse is identified, kv888 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, void all winnings generated using bonus funds, and permanently close the account without notice.

Welcome Bonus

New players at kv888 may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. Malfunction Policy

The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies throughout the kv888 game library.

Disputed Game Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome was incorrect or that a malfunction occurred, you must report the dispute to kv888 support within 7 days of the affected game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. All game round data is logged and available for review by the kv888 technical team and, where applicable, the game provider.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by the specific market rules displayed in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement. kv888 reserves the right to void or settle bets based on official match results as determined by the governing body for the relevant sport. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or any outcome not covered by standard settlement rules, kv888 will apply the market-specific rules displayed in the sportsbook.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kv888 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to appropriate legal or law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Account sharing or transfer: Allowing any third party to access, operate, or place wagers using your kv888 account.
• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one kv888 account, whether personally or through third parties.
• Fraudulent deposits: Making deposits via stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments, or initiating chargebacks on legitimate kv888 transactions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting on both sides of a market.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place wagers or interact with the platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Bonus exploitation: Engaging in any strategy designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine recreational intent, as described in Section 6.
• Money laundering: Using kv888 as a vehicle for depositing funds derived from illegal activity, cycling funds through the platform for laundering purposes, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Abuse of support: Using the kv888 support system in a manner that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or deliberately misleading toward support staff.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting obvious technical errors in odds, game paytables, or promotional terms — including placing large bets on clearly erroneous odds before kv888 has had the opportunity to correct the error.

kv888 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• A chargeback filed against a kv888 deposit transaction
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• A self-exclusion request from the player, or a responsible gaming intervention by kv888
• Prolonged inactivity (as defined in the Inactive Account Policy below)
• Any court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kv888 will notify the account holder via the registered email address 30 days before the inactivity policy takes effect. Following the notification period, an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any applicable re-verification steps.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their kv888 account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus balance (which will be forfeited). Accounts closed voluntarily under a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request are subject to the reinstatement conditions described in the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within account settings. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session logout after a defined period of continuous play.

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity resulting from a technical failure, system downtime, network interruption, or any other event beyond kv888's reasonable control
• Any losses resulting from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or content displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or incomplete
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses, regardless of whether kv888 was advised of the possibility of such losses
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security
• Any losses arising from Force Majeure events as defined in Section 1 of these Terms

Platform Availability

kv888 aims to provide continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site, any game, or any feature at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond kv888's control may result in temporary unavailability. kv888 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance via the registered email address or an on-screen announcement.

Third-Party Content

All games on kv888 are supplied by third-party game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). kv888 accepts no liability for any faults, errors, or undesired outcomes arising from the game software or live streaming infrastructure provided by these third parties, beyond kv888's obligations under its malfunction policy in Section 7.

kv888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kv888 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required to comply with legal obligations or to address an urgent security matter, in which case they may take effect immediately.

The updated Terms will be published at kv888.my/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly noted at the top of the document. Your continued use of kv888 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provisions, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure before the effective date.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English and shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the English language version only. No translation of these Terms into any other language creates any additional rights or obligations beyond those expressed in the English text.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the kv888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kv888 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
